FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should apply an anastomosis at the juncture of a choledoch and a duodenum. Before resecting the walls, anterior walls of organs are applied with a perforated tube with two pairs of through openings and a split-like slot. Tubes are fixed through these openings and incision to the walls of a duodenum and a choledoch. After resecting the walls, the tubes' ends are put into duodenal and choledochous lumens. Then interrupted serous-muscular sutures are applied between anterior choledochous and duodenal walls. The method prevents the strictures of the choledochoduodenoanastomosis.
