FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filed of medicine, namely to surgery. Biliodigestive anastomosis is applied. Sutures pass through serous-muscular layer of choledoch wall and edge of dissected serous-muscular-submucosal layer of intestine wall. Anastomosis is formed by invagination of mobilised stump of cystic duct into lumen of intestinal tube through cut in mucous layer of intestine wall.
EFFECT: method reduces risk of anastomosis stenosis and gives it antireflux properties.
