FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer compositions based on modified epoxy oligomers, and specifically to compositions of adhesive and anticorrosive priming coats used for protection of parts and units made of aluminium, magnesium alloys and steel in coating systems, used for protection of aviation equipment. Composition for protective coating includes polymer binder, modifying agent, hardener - organosilicon amine, at least one pigment, at least one mineral filler and at least one organic solvent. Polymer binder is diane epoxy oligomer with molecular weight from 900 to 1,600 and weight ratio of epoxy groups from 6.0-12.0, modifier is an acrylic copolymer, pigment is a substance, which is a corrosion inhibitor, in following ratio of components, pts.wt: polymer binder - 90-110; modifier - 10-50; curing agent - 30-80; pigment - 35-100; mineral filler 50-120; organic solvent 230-600.
EFFECT: technical result is designing a universal moisture-resistant primer for anticorrosion protection of aluminium, magnesium alloys and steel with high adhesion and protective properties, water resistance, resistance to oil and aggressive media, possibility of applying primer by air or airless spraying without filament formation, longer time of application of enamel coating, possibility of using primer in coating systems with polyurethane, acrylic, acrylic-urethane, fluoropolyurethane, perchlorovinyl enamel.
