FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: meter includes three gyroscopic transducers of angular velocity with mutually perpendicular sensitive axes, three-double input multipliers, three double-input adders, two integrators which inputs are connected to outputs of first and third transducers of angular velocity. Output of first integrator is connected to inputs of second and third multipliers and output of second integrator is connected to input of first multiplier. EFFECT: diminished error caused by effect of lack of commutativity of final turns. 1 dwg
