PNEUMATIC SEEDING UNIT Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: seeding unit has casing with additional opening, cover with vacuum channel, disk provided with openings and netted layer and faceplate with openings. All said parts of seeding unit rotate in conjunction with shaft. Through opening (channel) formed in casing is connected via branch pipe with hose equipped with L-shaped pipe. One end of pipe is positioned inside and in the mid portion of branch pipe connected through hose with drill fan. Said unit is used for seeding small- sized and vegetable crop seeds. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation, uniform laying of seeds of different crops without necessity for replacement of disks and without disturbing seeding rate. 2 dwg
