FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: seeding unit has rectangular seed guide with tips, gates mounted inside each tip upper part on spindle for rotation and forming seeding opening. Seeding unit is further equipped with device, which changes seeding opening size, when seeds of other size are used and seeding norm is altered. Compacting plate and baffling screen allow seed material losses during seeding process to be eliminated. EFFECT: increased seeding uniformity of seeds having different sizes through individual seeding openings in the absence of regulating faceplates by individual adjustment of amount of seeds sown through each seeding opening. 9 dwg
