FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: grain heap separator has transportation board, additional, upper and lower screens, upper screen extension, fan, grain screw and tails screw. Blade-type beater for non-grain fraction is positioned in housing between end parts of additional screen and upper screen extension. Housing has longitudinal slots oriented toward non-grain fraction exit end of space between screens. Non-grain fraction beater blades are made from elastoplastic material and are in contact with housing internal surface. End part of transportation board is made perforated. Chute is disposed under transportation board. Additional screen and upper screen extension provide barrier for admission of air supplied by fan. So air is directed through additional screen to form puffed up heap layer needed for high-quality grain separation. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved separation quality. 2 cl, 1 dwg
