SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming working surface by filling cells of cover plate with hardened mass; forming inner surface of cover plate onto support; forming outer surface of cover plate by leveling hardened mass and then stretching it by means of lining; forming inner surface of cover plate onto support after filling its cells with hardened mass; leveling hardened mass by means of elastic plate and using sheet blank as lining.
