FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, devices for preparation and application of cement mortar and concrete mixes. SUBSTANCE: device has vessel for mortar preparation, unloading appliance, electric motor connected with drive shaft by belt transmission and rotor with blades. Said vessel is made in the form of cylinder accommodating sleeve whose upper and lower covers have bearing units through which drive shaft runs. Disc with blades is secured to drive shaft upper part. Installed in shaft lower part are rotary-hose pump connected with suction cone made in lower bottom of vessel for preparation of mortar and drive wheel connected with electric motor by belt transmission. Vessel for preparation of mortar is provided with loading appliance including side vessel for water and receiving vessel for dry mix made in the form of two cones with formation of lower circular gap. Disc has holes and it is provided with circular partition and separating conical ring rigidly secured under disc with formation of two circular gaps.
