FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine has hollow housing, hollow drum for receiving a ring made of a sealable- compression liquid and mounted on the shaft axially symmetrical inside the housing, rotor with radial projections on its end faces and vanes in the space between the projections and eccentrically mounted on the shaft inside the drum space, combustion chamber, systems for feeding, cooling, and lubricating, and system for taking off the torque from the rotor. The drum and rotor are kinematically interconnected and mounted on the common crankshaft inside the housing. The crankshaft together with the drum kinematically coupled with the common power take off system. The end faces of the drum are provided with ports for connecting with the systems for feeding, cooling and supplying liquid. One end face of the rotor is provided with a radial projection made up as a solid ring comb. The opposite end face of the rotor is provided with projections made up as at least two discrete combs of alternative height and is separated longitudinally by an intermediate ring radial comb into relatively short compression zone and longer expansion zone connected with the exhaust path. Each of the zone is provided with at lest two radial vanes. The body of the rotor has at least two by-passes that connect the zones and serve as combustion chambers.
