FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves stretching strip of knitted netted fabric comprising elastic complex threads extending longitudinally of strip for at least 20%; printing visible pattern on stretched strip of fabric by using printing ink of at least one color drying at low temperature; passing printed strip through heating zone, with temperature in heating zone being maintained below 100 C and printed strip being kept in stretched state; releasing strip and coating it with hardening liquid resin. Method provides manufacture of strips tightly adjoining to one another for forming orthopedic bandage having high optical density patterns in stretched state upon applying onto patient's body and upon hardening. EFFECT: simplified method and improved quality of bandage. 16 cl, 4 dwg _
