FIELD: industrial organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: allyl chloride vapors mixed with inert gas interact with chlorine and water at 50-60 C. Part of reaction solution is usually continuously withdrawn and subjected to distilling off azeotrope mixture of glycerol dichlorohydrin and water. EFFECT: enabled preparation of anhydrous glycerol dichlorohydrin according to simple technology with sufficiently high selectivity, and considerable reduced waste water volume. 1 dwg
