FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper 1, disk 2 positioned under hopper and equipped with flat blades 3. Flexible plate 7 is attached in cantilevered relation to internal end 6 of each blade 3 and inclined in direction of rotation of disk 2. Stop 9 is positioned at flexible plate rear side in the vicinity of its free end, with 1-3 mm space between them. Stop 9 is rigidly connected to disk 2. Annular detachable cover 10 is fixed on blades. Bulk material is caught up by plates 7, accelerated along said plates and delivered onto blades 3. Plates 7 change their initial shape under the action of bulk material flow. As a result, bulk material vaults formed on plates are crushed. Self-cleaning effect is enhanced by impacts against stop 9. Apparatus may be used for spreading mineral fertilizer. EFFECT: increased efficiency, uniform distribution of bulk material over soil surface and increased width of apparatus. 3 dwg
