FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine, hoe, pipe, and disk shanks mounted on side strips of shank hoe for rotation in horizontal plane. Toothed projections are formed circumferentially of disk shanks. Cutting edges of disk shanks protrude beyond cutting edges of shank hoe to make extension thereof. Shank hoe strips are equipped with cleaning scrapers for removal of plant remains and contaminants from disks. Working tool may be used for applying fertilizer or other bulk materials into soil. EFFECT: reduced draft, decreased soil deformation and disturbance, and improved distribution of bulk materials in furrow. 2 dwg
