SUBSTANCE: panel wall has pivotally connected panels with strengthening members, air-impermeable walls with flexible partitions between them, and apparatus for supplying gaseous medium into panels. Strengthening members are formed from immovable vertical pole and at least one immovable horizontal guide defining predetermined path lengthwise of panel wall. Pivot joints are formed of additional poles equipped with movable supports, which are joined to said guide.
