FIELD: life-saving.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises load-bearing frame, means for receiving payload, and drum provided with the space and rotation axle. The drum is mounted in the housing secured to the load-bearing frame. The device has telescopic beam provided with at lest two sections and means for expanding and locking the sections. The first section has smaller transverse size than that of the second one. The device has main flexible link that passes through the telescopic beam and whose one end is connected with the means for receiving payload and the other end is wound on the drum.
