SUBSTANCE: foaming agent includes, mas.%: dimethyl (isopropenylethynyl) carbinol, 95.0-98.0; tetramethylbutynedioyl, 0.1-1.5; diisopropenyl acetylene, 0.1-1.0; 2,5-dimethyl-1,4- hexadiene-3-on, 1.5-2.5. Method of foaming agent production consists in treatment of tetramethylbutynedioyl with aqueous acid solution in presence of radical polymerization inhibitor at boiling temperature of reaction mixture and simultaneously driving off of formed foaming agent with stems, with preserves constant volume of reaction mixture that is attained by return of water layer after extraction to reaction mixture.
