FIELD: heat engineering and water supplying systems. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has axial cavitational rod positioned for adjustment in longitudinal direction and equipped with end platform extending in counterflow, in plane of internal output section of nozzle. Cavitational rod is made in the form of integral pin with end platform positioned on its one end, and other end of pin is positioned for longitudinal movement and fixation in tubular member disposed on head casing. Outer cut of head is provided with saw-shaped edge. Apparatus may be used in heat engineering for burning of liquid fuel, in water supply systems for removing of bivalent iron from underground and open water sources, in aeration of domestic water and sewage water of similar content, in conditioner systems during saturation with water of air under treatment, in water cooling systems equipped with return water supply circuits, in fire-fighting equipment as device for spraying of liquid onto zones to be protected. EFFECT: simplified construction by omitting employment of hydraulic saturating part, simplified adjustment of dispersion process and, accordingly, reduced labor intensity of tune-up and operating works and reduced production costs. 1 dwg
