FIELD: instrumentation; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates liquid dispersion devices for dispersing liquids with different content of impurities both organic and mineral content and liquids subjected to deaeration processes. Device for dispersing liquid with increased kinematic viscosity is additionally equipped with tubular element and dynamic gas-hydraulic chamber. Gas-hydraulic chamber is made in form of cylindrical structure consisting of diffuser and straight section changing into confuser. Chamber of gas excess pressure is made between the inner surface of diffuser, lower zone of straight section and outer part of tubular element. Chamber of excess pressure is equipped with pipe for supplying compressed gas from external device. Outlet of gas excess pressure chamber is closed by perforated ring. Inner diameter of perforated ring does not exceed inner diameter of tubular element. At least one horizontal mesh is installed in the cylindrical part of gas-hydraulic chamber prior to confuser inlet. Bars forming the cells of horizontal mesh are made with sharp edges. Cells of two or more meshes are shifted relative to each other. In thea area where confuser, lower end of cylindrical head piece and upper end cylindrical part of dynamic gas-hydraulic chamber are connected, there is flange connector which allows to diversify the unit of dynamic gas-hydraulic chamber and dispersing part of device in different horizons. Unit of dynamic gas-hydraulic chamber and dispersing part of device may be oriented in any spatial position.
EFFECT: device is easy to make; ensures stable dispersion of liquid with low, high and very high degree of contamination and within wide temperature range.
