FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: grain cleaning machine has feeding part comprising receiver with guiding chute and cylindrical screen for separating large-sized contaminants, closed pneumatic system with cross flow fan, pneumatic separating channel having wall equipped with inlet opening and baffle-type window arranged under guiding chute of cylindrical screen, air supplying channel, settling chamber and additional pneumatic separating channel joined to settling chamber wall and communicated with its outlet part through bypass air channel to settling chamber and with its discharge part to sedimentation chamber located inside settling chamber. Sedimentation chamber is communicated with suction part of cross flow fan and is equipped with adjustable baffle-type window fixed on curved wall and adapted for communication with settling chamber. Pressure branch pipe of cross flow fan is communicated through baffle-type inlet window with dust settler adjoining to wall of additional pneumatic separating channel and communicated through air discharge branch pipe with suction part of cross flow fan. Adjustable baffle-type wall is arranged in dust settler. Such construction prevents dust from being discharged together with cleaned grain. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of cleaning grain mixture. 1 dwg
