FIELD: construction, tourist outfits, household appliances. SUBSTANCE: device has enclosing part 1 connected with enclosed part 2. Part 1 is provided with axial channel 7 and plug 3 to stop channel 7. Plug and enclosed part are furnished with connecting means providing their connection when they are driven into channel 7 and moved inside channel. Plug 3 is furnished with shutoff part 40 flexible displaced in radial direction. Shutoff part 40, with its surface 45, thrust against step in channel 7 to hold plug 3 till it gets connected with enclosed part 2 being driven into channel 7.
