FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: valve comprises housing made of step hollow bushing with the threaded section and seals on the outer mounting surfaces with radial discharging passage and central supplying passage, main, make-up, and auxiliary valving members, internal chamber, and radial openings for connection with the drain space. The main valving member is provided with the cylindrical and conical sections and axial throttle port. The auxiliary valving member is provided with conical sealing surface and outer ring double-sided step. The step undergoes the load induced by the cylindrical compression spring. The opposite end of the spring abuts against the bearing face of the control member of the valve. The valve is made of a block-module that can be directly built in the housing of the hydraulic drive and two automatic devices for control of the main, make-up, and auxiliary valving members, which are axially aligned in the central passage and kinematically interconnected. The device for control of the main and make-up valving members has housing with the main seat and inlet and drain spaces. The main and make-up valving members are spring-loaded with respect to the control device and are made in block to define a plunger. The plunger is mounted for permitting reciprocation in the guiding bore in the housing. The device for control of auxiliary valving member is made of a separate block-module and can be built in the threaded bore of the housing to define a ring space for drain. The device has housing made of a threaded bushing that is sealed over the mounting surfaces and provided with the guiding piston cylindrical section and separating outer ring groove having radial through passages. The peripheral surfaces of the ring step are provided with longitudinal through semi-cylindrical bores uniformly arranged over periphery. The bore of the smaller step of the bushing receives the shank of the auxiliary valving member mounted with a guaranteed spaced relation for flowing fluid. The pusher is mounted for permitting axial movement and cooperation of the face bore-seat with the spherical surface of the shank of the auxiliary valving member.
