FIELD: fertilizers production. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing manure with moisture-absorbing material and mineral additives, whereupon mixture is enriched by biological preparation and granulated. According to invention, in order to form porous adsorbing structure in granules, mixture is completed by additional filler, in particular cement production waste, and granulation is effected when all components are mixed. Ratio of filler to moisture-absorbing material (in conversion to solids) gives value (1.4-1.8):1 and moisture content in mixture 55-60%. Decontamination of finished granules is accomplished by biothermal way. EFFECT: simplified process and prolonged efficiency of fertilizer. 1 dwg, 2 tbl
