SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical feeding chamber with charging-mixing device, rotary drum arranged in axial alignment with feeding chamber, and end product classifier positioned at drum outlet end. Charging-mixing device is made in the form of cylinder with curved blades positioned on cylinder generatrix and end disks rigidly connected to curved blades. One of disks is located inside drum in spaced relation to drum inner wall. Other disk is made in the form of flat ring.
