FIELD: equipment for drilling oil and gas wells, particularly, downhole hydraulic motors. SUBSTANCE: stabilizing bit-shaft of downhole hydraulic motor includes body in the form of container; lower and upper thick-walled subs connected to body and whose external surface provided with blades and internal surfaces rest on hollow shaft by means of lower and upper radial bearings. Stabilizing bit-shaft has bearing pivot located in container body. Stator members of upper and lower radial bearings are located in upper and lower thick-walled subs, whose axial and radial locking in said subs together with thrust-adjusting and reducing bushings of bearing pivot is effected by means of special nut which clamps thrust bearings and ring spacers of bearing pivot. EFFECT: increased drilling efficiency of directional wells due to stabilization of bit-shaft body. 1 dwg
