FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to boring, and notably to screw down hole motors for boring of inclined and horizontal bores at bending sections and at sections with stabilization of the bore holes direction. The down hole motor comprises gerotor mechanism, including stator 4 and rotor 5, spindle, which consists of a bearing unit with radial 16 and axial 15 rotation supports, shaft 6 and spindle case 1, drive shaft 8 and mandrels. Spindle case 1 in its lower portion is coupled with boring head sub 3, and stator embracing spring elastic cover 2 is located on the inside surface of the upper part of the spindle case. Stator case 5 and spring elastic cover 2 of the spindle case compose rotation radial support. Below stator 4 is connected to a spindle shaft with bearing unit attached thereto, while above it is connected with the mandrel 7 intended for connection with a drill column. Rotor 5 and boring head sub 3 kinematicaly are coupled by means of drive shaft 8, located in the inside cavity of spindle shaft 6. Thus the following is achieved: upgrading accuracy of hole making, improvement of bore hole cleaning in a bottom hole formation zone, reducing the possibility of motor sticking and hoisting of a whole assembly with a drill column in case of destruction of a spindle shaft on a ring collar of the spindle for connection with a drill column.
EFFECT: upgrading accuracy of hole making, improvement of bore hole cleaning in a bottom hole formation zone due to optimization of a downhole motor design.
