FIELD: water supply systems. SUBSTANCE: method includes delivery of steam and speeding up liquid at decreasing of its pressure. Simultaneously rarefaction zone is formed in water mains pipeline separated from steam source, and steam is continuously fed to thus formed rarefaction zone. Proposed device comprises coaxially installed active nozzle and receiving chamber made in form of diffuser, with angler of opening equal to 8-12 degrees, whose end face is covered by wall resting onto outer surface of active nozzle and in which holes are made to deliver steam. Steam feeding chamber encloses outer surfaces of active nozzle and receiving chamber. Cylindrical chamber in which preliminary mixing of steam and water is carried out is connected to steam feeding chamber. Mixing chamber is divided along cross section by solid partition into two spaces, first of which is placed in communication with intake part of active nozzle by pipeline with control valve, and second space is placed in communication with steam source by means of perforated pipe passed through first space. Jet nozzles are installed in partition and divider in form of ring disk is placed in parallel with partition. EFFECT: improved heating of water. 3 cl, 2 dwg
