SUBSTANCE: method involves fastening rigid relief decorative members on base such as fabric web so as to form protuberant surface portions along contours of at least one rigid relief decorative member; artistically forming rigid relief decorative members in conformity with rigid relief decorative members on pieces of furniture in room interior or forming rigid relief decorative members in conformance with style of surrounding interior pieces.
