FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making a series of injections all over the stenosed area at 4-6 points spaced along cicatrix edge. 0.5 ml of Alloplant preparation are injected into every point. The whole amount of consumed preparation is 4-6 ml large. Endoscopic treatment is applied depending on process severity with 3-4 weeks long interval. The total treatment course is 2-3 sessions long. EFFECT: activated fibroplastic activity and stenosis regress.
