FIELD: medicine, surgery, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: proposed method resides in effecting endoscopic sclerotherapy of ulcerative lesion by using antibiotics, antibacterial and reparative agents, while, simultaneously, effecting blockade of minor curvature of stomach by using anesthetics and ganglioblocking agents in combination with cholinolytic and antihistaminic preparations. Sclerotherapeutic treatment is conducted every 4-5 days until complete epithelization of ulcerative flaw, while blockade of minor curvature of stomach is effected 1 to 4 times. EFFECT: epithelization of ulcerative lesion is accomplished during 5-20 days by effecting 1-6 therapeutic procedures.
