FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises therapeutically effective amount of peptide, pharmaceutically acceptable pH- reducing agent, absorption enhancer showing effectiveness for enhancement of bioavailability of indicated peptide and acid-stable protective vehicle. Indicated vehicle promotes to transport of pharmaceutical composition through patient stomach and prevents contact of peptide with gastric proteases. The use of the novel pharmaceutical composition provides oral administration of peptide to patient and selective directed release of indicated peptide in intestine. Proteolytic cleavage of peptide by gastric, intestine and pancreatic proteases is reduced. The improved bioavailability of peptide allows to maintain its concentration in pharmaceutical preparation at relatively low level. EFFECT: improved method of bioavailability of peptide. 20 cl, 9 tbl
