SUBSTANCE: invention concerns pharmaceutics, particularly pharmaceutical composition including mix of: (a) active macromolecular component in the form of polypeptide or protein, polynucleotide, polysaccharide or their mix; (b) non-conjugated bile acid or its salt; and (c) additive selected out of (i) propylgallate or gallic acid ethers, (ii) butyl hydroxyanisol, its analogue or hydroxyanisol derivative, and (iii) mix of (i) and (ii), where mix includes at least 1 wt % of additive (c), and (b) to (c) ratio is 1:1 to 5:1. In addition, invention concerns application of non-conjugated bile acid with indicated additive in amplification of active component absorption.
EFFECT: enhanced absorption of active component.
