SUBSTANCE: catalyst includes catalytic active oxides and metals contained in reject microchannel plates, in particular oxides of silicon, lead, boron, barium, arsenic, aluminum, calcium, bismuth, magnesium, sodium, and potassium, and monolayer of metals deposited on surface of microchannel plates.
