METHOD TO PREVENT UNAUTORIZED USE OF VEHICLE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: transport engineering; security systems. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at protection of automobiles from hi-jacking, thefts and other unauthorized actions. According to proposed method, remote control of protective and antitheft parts of automobile security system is provided by means of complete set marks in clothes or on body of user and data reading unit stationary installed on automobile. Programming of modes of security system operation is carried out using Master-mark. One of set marks is made interlocking with higher priority as to transmission of order 5 to interlock engine and inform user of the fact of unauthorised action against his automobile. If interlocking mark is within the zone of interaction of data reading unit with set marks, interlocking mark is placed in shielding enclosure to preclude getting of enquiry signals from data reading unit in said mark and if interlocking mark is out of said zone, shielding enclosure is removed and interlocking mark is placed close to set mark, for instance, in clothes or on body of user.
