FIELD: space engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes power cylinder 3 with passage 4 for delivery of working medium to rod chamber, cover 6 with ears 8 and elastic sealing member 7, articulated bearing with outer and inner races secured in ears of cover by means of limiting washers and spring received by blind hole of rod. Power cylinder rod is provided with blind hole and tail-piece having slot where outer race of articulated bearing is placed. Longitudinal axis of slot is perpendicular to axis of rod. Cover is fitted for adjustment of window opening. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 dwg
