FIELD: devices for decontamination of potable water in public services and farming; food-processing and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes contraction 1, neck 2, diffuser 3, profiled needle 4, T-piece 7, turbine 5 mounted on needle 4 and provided with blades 6; profiled needle 4 is mounted for performing rotary motion; turbine 5 is located in chamber 13 of T-piece 7 whose left-hand portion is connected with external part of periphery of diffuser 3 and right-hand portion is closed with seal 8 having through hole 9 in center part for passage of needle 4 and mounting bearings 10; lower part is used for discharge of water.
