The latter is graft-polymer with polypropylene principal chain, to which is grafted polymethylmethacrylate or copolymer of methylmethacrylate and at least one comonomer wherein total amount of polymerized monomer represents 10 to about 120 wt parts per 100 wt parts of polypropylene material and amount of comonomer, if present, achieves about 20 mol % of the total amount of polymerized monomers. Retardation of depolymerization is accomplished in the course of processing of grafted polymethylmethacrylate.
