Component (1) is heterophase polymeric olefinic composition consists of three constituents in amount of 60-95%. Component (2) is ethylene-α-olefin copolymer has density of at least 0.675 g/cubic m in amount of 5-40%. The present invention also describes film or sheet products onto substrate of which products said material is applied. Substate may be made of polymer, metal or unwoven material.
