FIELD: recovery of noble metals from waste catalytic agents, electrochemical processes with fluidized or fixed bed. SUBSTANCE: treated material in the form of burden is placed in interelectrode space of electrolyzer. Electrochemical leaching of noble metals on basis of their anode dissolution is activated by way of preliminary treatment of material by polarity reversal of electrodes in statics which transforms it into volumetric multipole electrode ensuring anode dissolution of metal in entire bulk of material. Electrolyte is circulated through burden from anode to cathode with rate determined from condition of prevention of hydrated anionic chloride complexes of noble metals formed by leaching in bulk of burden getting to cathode. Acidified water with 0.3-4.00% content of hydrochloric acid is utilized in the capacity of electrolyte.
