SUBSTANCE: the device contains a cable rigidly secured with one end and a locking mechanism fitted on the free end of the cable, consisting of a body with the inner surface, bottom, cover, spring-loaded separator, and fixing members positioned in the mounting seats of the separator and projecting from it, made in the form of rollers engageable at locking with the inner surface of the body and cable; the bottom, cover and separator with the front and rear walls have holes for the cable, and the hole in the separator on the side of the front wall is made with two symmetric diametrically arranged projections perpendicularly to the axes of rotation of the rollers; the mounting faces in the separator are made trapezoidal in the lower part and rectangular in the upper part, and the inner surface of the body has the shape of a truncated pyramid, the two opposite faces are made parallel.
