SUBSTANCE: the device has a section of wire rope with a rigidly fastened passive end, and a free end of the wire rope section passed through the locking mechanism, consisting of a body closed with the front and rear covers respectively with an inlet and outlet for the rope section, and with an inner surface, whose two opposite faces are parallel, and the other two opposite faces are located at an angle relative to the spring-loaded separator with an axial hole for the section of the wire rope and positioned in the seats of the separator of the fixing components made in the form of rollers engage able by their surface at locking with the faces positioned at an angle, and a rope section. The device is provided with a protective component indicating the manipulations and made in the form of a bulge positioned inside of at least one local molding, and a restrictor of separator motion in the position prepared for locking, made in the form of U-shaped plate with a hole and flanging for common fastening to the front cover. The spring stabilizer is made integral with the rear cover, and the bulge on the rear wall of the separator is provided with a shoulder for engagement with one end of the spring.
