SUBSTANCE: one should measure temperature of tissue column in symmetrical areas of inguinal regions in projection of spermatic funiculus both from healthy side and from the side of operative interference. At positive value of thermoasymmetry or the absence of thermoasymmetry blood supply level is evaluated to be satisfactory, and at negative value of asymmetry blood supply level in operated testicle is diagnosed to be affected.
