FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves laminating musculus obliquus internus abdominis and musculus transversus abdominis . The transversal fascia is cut in outward and upward direction near the superoexterior boundary of the deep orifice of the inguinal canal by moving the superior end of the spermatic cord in lateral upward direction. The superior end of the spermatic cord is attached to the transversal fascia. The so arisen transversal fascia defect is sutured like duplicature. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in restoring locking function and natural length of the inguinal canal.
