FIELD: producing materials from reed (common reed). SUBSTANCE: method involves crushing reed to chopped condition followed by its compression. Crushed chop is powdered to grain size of 200-300 mcm, heated up until inherent adhesives are separated at temperature of 190-200 C, subjected to hot molding at pressure of 18-20 MPa and temperature of 190-200 C, exposure time being up to 5 min, and cooling down product obtained in acclimatizators. EFFECT: reduced cost and enhanced quality of construction materials and parts.
