FIELD: wood processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the wood processing industry, in particular to the production of wood boards. The wood board contains an inner layer and two outer reinforcing layers. FSF plywood 3-4 mm thick is used as the outer reinforcing layers. The inner layer of the wood board is made of wood shavings and bark of birch, aspen, alder in the same ratio with a moisture content of 3-4%, while the dimensions of the bark in length, width and thickness are 2-4 mm, or from wood fiber and bark, with the following ratio components of the inner layer of the wood board, wt.%: wood chips or wood fiber - 50-80, birch, aspen, alder bark in the same ratio - 20-50. The components of the inner layer of the wood board are mixed with a binder in an amount of 10-12% in terms of dry matter from an absolutely dry mass of the inner layer, which is used as a urea-formaldehyde resin of the KF-MT-15 brand with 1% content of ammonium chloride in it by weight liquid resin. Hot flat pressing is carried out at a temperature of 170-175°C, a pressure of 2.3-2.4 MPa and a duration of 0.3-0.35 minutes per 1 mm of wood board thickness.
EFFECT: invention increases the strength and improves the quality of the surface of the wood board, reduces the duration of pressing.
