SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of man-made mineral mixtures for detoxification and lithification of sludges, in particular liquid and visco-plastic spent drilling muds, various oil-polluted objects, in particular grounds, etc., and objects containing toxic compounds: heavy metal salts, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum derivatives, synthetic surfactants, radionuclides, etc. Mixture contains, wt.%: aluminosilicate rock, 55-80; lime, 5-10; Portland cement, 5-20; and mineral complexing additive (bi- or trivalent metal chloride, sulfate, or carbonate, or mixtures for each anion, or phosphogypsum), 5-30.
