SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of deactivation and recycling of used drilling agent and drilling wastewater contaminated with chloride and producing the finished recycling product free of migrational chlorine. According to the said method, used drilling agent and drilling wastewaters are used as fluid for tempering, whereto powder lithified complexing agent is added. The said agent includes clay, portlanconcrete, bitter spar, calcium carbonate and, additionally, calcinated magnesium oxide and barium oxide in the following proportion of components (in mass.%): clay 30-50; portlanconcrete 10-20; calcium carbonate 5-10; ground unslaked lime 5-10; bitter spar 5-10; calcinated magnesium oxide 5-15; barium oxide 5-15. The ratio of the said complexing agent to the quantity of tempering fluid ranges from 1:1 to 1:2. To the produced mixture inert mineral aggregate is added in the ratio of 1:1 to 1:3.

EFFECT: preventing from chloride migration from recycled wastes; ensuring ecological safety of technogenic ground and constructive building material.
