PREFABRICATED-MONOLITHIC FLOOR Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: construction industry, erection of multistory residential and public buildings, erection of both skeleton-type buildings and buildings with bearing walls. SUBSTANCE: prefabricated-monolithic floor includes inserts made of light concrete in the form of truncated pyramid. Each insert is fitted with assembly outlets and its height equals thickness of floor or is under it. In addition each assembly outlet comes in the form of spatial structural fittings made of three hinges, two of them lying in one plane parallel to base of pyramid. All hinges go outside of body of insert. Third hinge is positioned in plane perpendicular to plane of two other hinges and is directed towards base. Besides this third hinge can be arranged inside body of insert or goes beyond it. EFFECT: reduced own weight and increased bearing capability of floor, raised thermal and sound insulation properties of floor. 4 dwg
