Abstract RU 2199981 C2

FIELD: individual's health improving facilities. SUBSTANCE: method involves heating through individual's organism with infrared radiation of maximal intensity within wavelength range of from 8 microns to 10 microns; using heated surfaces of walls, floor, and bench for heating through of individual's organism, with temperature of wall surfaces being within the range of 36-55 C, temperature of floor surface not in the excess of 45 C and temperature of bench surface being within the range of 36-50 C. Method is used for individual health improvement, prophylaxis and good fitness and allows individual's organism to be heated to temperatures inducing increased sweating to provide for hyperthermia method. EFFECT: provision for optimal heating through of individual's organism at substantially reduced loading of cardiovascular system and reduced time for heating-through of organism.
