FIELD: applicable for heating of domestic, public and production rooms by infrared radiation favorable for human organism due to the biophysical indices. SUBSTANCE: for manufacture of an electroheating wall panel use is made of a base made, for example, of plaster-board, gypsum fiber, asbestos cement, etc. A layer of heat insulation is applied on the rear surface of the base, and a plane resistive electroheating element is positioned on the working surface, an electric screened wire with a heat-resistant electric insulation is used as the electroheating element, it is uniformly laid in the form of a spiral, meander or staggered plane winding and secured on the working surface of the base. The space between the turns of the screened wire is filled with a mass possessing good heat-conducting and adhesion properties. A fine-meshed net made of ferromagnetic material is put over the mass, and a layer of plaster is applied over the net on the whole face surface of the panel. The beginning and end of the screened wire are provided with leads for connection to the feeding electric circuit, and its braid and the fine-mesh net are provided with leads for connection to the building grounding circuit. The panel face surface is either coated with mineral paint, or faced with natural or artificial stone, glazed or ceramic tile. A decorative curb is installed around the edges of the panel, it is made of wood, metal, natural or artificial stone, as well as of glazed or ceramic tile. The connection of the leads of the braids of the screened wire and fine-mesh net to the electric grounding circuit guarantees the absence of electric and magnetic fields beyond the surface of the electroheating panel in accordance with the requirements of ecology. EFFECT: enhanced mechanical strength of the panel, simplified process of manufacture and eliminated technological limitations in geometric dimensions in manufacture of low-temperature infrared electroheating panels.
